Please expect slight variances that exemplify the creativity in the process that makes every piece unique. The Amish Furniture in this collection is built by an Amish craftsman. Custom painting is available for all products. Please choose from the following colors: country red, deep burgundy, federal blue, wickham green, concord green, sage green, cream, country white, bright white, khaki, pale yellow, mushroom, and mustard. After they are painted, all products are distressed and then hand-rubbed with a finish wax.
Star and Trip Around the World Amish Wall Hanging This distinctive Star and Trip Around the World Amish Wall Hanging is a C. Jean Horst original. Horst is reputed for designing quilts and selecting complementary fabrics unlike any other quilt designer. Horst has produced seven original copyrighted quilt patterns, and her creativity flows into every quilt she designs. In this quilt, fabrics in red and beige cascade through the star and the Trip Around the World pattern that borders the wall hanging. This is an Amish-made quilt of extraordinary quality with about 7 stitches per inch that are featured between the Star and Trip Around the World patterns. It is authenticated by the designer’s signature as well as the date. This wall hanging is a true one of a kind heirloom that you will treasure for years to come. About the Quilt Patterns: This wall hanging incorporates the Star and Trip Around the World patterns. Numerous quilt patterns that portray stars. This seems fitting since their quilters come from rural settings where the sky is wide and work life is affected by the rise and fall of the sun. The Trip Around the World quilt consists of small squares of fabric sewn together to create a large diamond of cascading fabrics. The small squares are often quilted near the seams or stitched diagonally.

Amish Antique Patina Green Big Ben Wind Chime This beautifully sounding Antique Patina Green Big Ben Wind Chime is handcrafted and hand tuned by an Amish craftsman. The chime top and knocker are made from poly lumber, a durable, environmentally friendly material made from recycled milk jugs. Poly lumber resists weather and does not crack or chip but still gives the same clear tones of wood knockers. The wind sail is made from aluminum to match the chimes. Powder coated aluminum for long-lasting colors. Powder coating bakes the color onto the aluminum, making it durable and resistant to weather.
